Having previously made a 3-DVD yoga instruction set called Better Sex Through Yoga, Jacquie Noelle Greaux has now written a book of the same name. It is a rather standard book of yoga poses with a few added ideas about how the different yoga postures can aid one's sex life. It is well illustrated with black and white photographs of her demonstrating the postures. As with the DVD package, it isn't really very focused on sex, although the book does add a few pages of suggested sexual positions for a heterosexual couple, none of which are surprising.
If the constant reference to the connection between the benefits of yoga and sexual pleasure will help motivate you do get work on becoming stronger and more flexible, then it might be worth trying this book. There are many pages of yoga routines at the end, and these look nicely designed. However, there are more informative and more user-friendly yoga books available, so those who want to learn more about yoga would be better off trying them instead.
