Stacy McCarthy's workout here is a basic yoga session of about 50 minutes.  She is in a studio, and she leads the viewer through the workout speaking live.  The workout has a fairly short section with forward bends, triangles, lunges, and side stretches.  There's a short balance section, and then most of the rest of the workout is done from the floor, lying down on your back, doing twists, doing the bridge position, and then doing some hamstring stretches.  It ends with a relaxation and then a meditation.  At the end is a bonus section, showing how to do modifications to make postures easier or more challenging.  There's one moment which is badly edited, allowing you to hear the director talking to McCarthy.  However, the rest of the DVD has good production values.  It is quite easy to use, although it is also basic, and the bonus section is hard to integrate into the main practice.  This is a good yoga DVD for people who want an introduction to yoga with more twisting than usual and not so much upper body work.  There are many introductory yoga DVDs out there, and this one does not stand out from the crowd, but it is as good as most of the others.
